How far in advance should I book a shoot?
Most agents book 3–5 days in advance to lock in preferred dates. Same-week and rush bookings are often available — especially for weekday mornings — but are not guaranteed.
How many photos do I get with each photography package?
Photo counts are based on home size. Typical listings receive 25–35+ HDR photos covering key interiors, exteriors, and detail shots. Exterior-only packages include around 10 photos.
How long are your video tours and what format do I receive?
Standard walkthrough videos run about 2–3 minutes and are delivered in 4K with an MLS-friendly file plus a version ready for YouTube or social media.
What’s included with drone and FPV coverage?
Drone packages typically include 5 aerial photos and cinematic exterior flyover clips. FPV add-ons provide fast, dynamic fly-through shots ideal for luxury listings, amenities and attention-grabbing promos.
How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
Most listings are delivered within 2–3 business days after the shoot. Larger homes, heavy add-ons, or complex video edits may require a little extra time — we’ll confirm the timeline when you book.
Do you offer virtual staging, floor plans or Zillow 3D?
Yes. You can add 2D floor plans, Zillow 3D Home Tours, and virtual staging to most shoots. These are priced per listing or per photo and can be added directly in the online booking flow.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve North Dallas & Collin County, including McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Anna and nearby cities. If you’re slightly outside this area, reach out — travel fees may apply.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
For heavy rain or unsafe flying conditions, especially with drone work, we’ll reschedule at no additional charge to the next available slot. Light clouds are usually fine — we include sky replacement on exterior photos where needed.
