Dmytro Khamskyi, Founder of Future Media

About the Founder

Dmytro Khamskyi is a Ukrainian-born filmmaker and the founder of Future Media. With a background in computer technologies and a passion for visual storytelling, he studied Film Production Organization at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Kraków, Poland. Living in Europe inspired his artistic vision, love for cinema, and appreciation for cultural stories.

Over the past 10 years, Dmytro has worked in video production, with the last 6 years dedicated to real estate media. He began as a freelance video editor collaborating with major real estate companies in Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington. In 2024, he moved to the United States and launched Future Media — a business built on creativity, precision, and passion.

Dmytro’s mission is simple: create media that inspires buyers and helps agents succeed with beautiful, high-impact visuals. He loves what he does and takes pride in helping agents sell homes more effectively.

Terms & Conditions

Clear, professional guidelines designed to protect both our clients and our production workflow. By booking with Future Media, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Agreement to Terms

By booking any service with Future Media — including scheduling through our website, submitting a contact form, confirming via email, text message, or phone — the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page.

These terms apply to all services rendered by Future Media and any approved subcontractors working on our behalf.

1. Booking & Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.

All prices listed on our website, marketing materials and rate sheets are in USD and do not include applicable sales tax. Any required sales tax will be calculated and added to the final invoice.

Future Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of media until payment is received in full.

We currently accept Zelle, ACH / bank transfer, and credit card payments (available upon request via secure payment link). Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $49 cancellation fee.

No-show appointments (no access to the property or locked home) may be billed up to the full service amount.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard delivery for photo and video is 2–3 business days. Larger commercial projects may require extended turnaround time, communicated at booking.

Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee depending on schedule availability.

4. Revisions

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at $30 per round.

Revisions cover reasonable editing adjustments. Major re-edits or requests caused by property changes (new staging, renovations, decor adjustments, etc.) may require a new booking.

5. Property Preparation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is photo-ready before the appointment. Future Media does not provide cleaning, decluttering, or furniture-moving services.

If the property is not ready, this may affect the final results and does not qualify for a refund or complimentary re-shoot.

6. Media Rights & Usage License

All photos, videos, drone footage, floor plans, graphics, and edits created by Future Media are the exclusive intellectual property of Future Media.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for:

  • marketing the specific property listing
  • personal brand promotion (social media, website, bio, ads)

Media may not be:

  • sold or transferred to another agent or brokerage
  • used by builders, stagers, renters, or third parties without written permission
  • altered in a way that misrepresents the property

Future Media retains the right to use any captured media for marketing, portfolio displays, online advertising, social media, and within any brands we own or operate.

7. Drone Services & Weather

Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.

If drone services cannot be performed due to weather or safety, the drone portion will be rescheduled at no charge.

8. Safety & Property Access

Photographers and videographers may refuse entry or stop the shoot if safety concerns arise (aggressive animals, hazardous conditions, unauthorized individuals, etc.).

Unresolved safety issues will result in cancellation and may be billed as a no-show.

9. Subcontractors

Some services may be performed by approved subcontractors representing Future Media. All terms apply equally to those subcontractors.

10. Liability Limitations

Future Media is not responsible for delays or technical issues caused by MLS platforms, Zillow, social media, or third-party hosting platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Media’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

11. File Storage

Media files are stored for up to 3 months. After this period, they may be permanently deleted.

Re-delivery of files (if still available) may incur a retrieval fee.

12. Non-Disparagement

Clients agree not to publicly post false, misleading, or harmful statements about Future Media or its contractors. Any concerns should be handled privately and professionally.
