What real estate media services do you provide?
We are a full-service media team. Our core services include HDR Photography, Cinematic 4K Video Tours, and FAA-licensed Drone Photography. We also offer 2D/3D Floor Plans, Virtual Staging, and Social Media Reels to help your listing stand out.
What is the turnaround time?
Photos: Delivered within 24–48 hours (Next-Day delivery is standard).
Video & Drone: Typically 2–3 business days depending on the project size.
You will receive a download link via email as soon as your files are MLS-ready.
What happens if it rains or is cloudy?
Don't worry about clouds! We include Blue Sky Replacement on all exterior photos at no extra cost. If there is heavy rain or high winds that prevent drone flying, we can reschedule the aerial portion to the next clear day for free.
Which cities do you serve in North Dallas?
We are based in McKinney, TX and serve the surrounding communities with no travel fees within our zone. Our main service areas include Frisco, Plano, Prosper, Allen, Celina, and Little Elm.
Do I need to be present at the shoot?
No, you do not need to be there! As long as we have access (Supra, combo code, or hidden key), our team can handle the shoot professionally. We just ask that the home is photo-ready (clean and decluttered) before we arrive.
Can you add furniture to empty rooms?
Yes! We offer high-end Virtual Staging. We can digitally add stylish furniture to vacant living rooms, bedrooms, or offices to help buyers visualize the potential of the home. This is a great alternative to physical staging.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand real estate schedules change fast. Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
